AI Copilot introduction

AI Copilot for embedded workflow builder

Your end users can now build workflows by describing what they need in plain language. AI Copilot creates the workflow on the canvas in real time – every step visible, verifiable, and editable. There’s no black box. Less technical users skip the learning curve, while technical teams save hours of configuration time.

AI Copilot is bow available for early access. Read the blog post to see it in action, and reach out to your CSM to get access.

Product updates

New features

  • Integration landing page – Manage integrations from a single page: adoption metrics, executions, version history, and settings.
  • Instance profile UX updates – Per-instance config overrides, cleaner defaults, and consistent log/step result toggling.
  • Per-customer concurrency controls – Set max concurrent execution limits per customer to prevent noisy neighbor issues. (Enterprise)
  • Configurable flow concurrency – New "Throttled" mode: set concurrency limits (2-15) per flow to protect third-party APIs from rate limiting. (Enterprise/Scale)
  • Embedded sample app – Preview embedded experiences (Marketplace, Workflow Builder, Connections, Logs) in-app without building a demo.
  • Revamped components and connections page – Connections now live in the left sidebar with a unified component library view and usage reporting.
  • Demo Connections Prismatic-maintained pre-configured connections for commonly used components. Start building and testing integrations immediately without setting up credentials.

Scale your Prismatic setup

Protect your integrations as you scale

Testing in production is risky business. A single bug can reach customers, slow your team down, and break trust. Separate dev and staging tenants keep things isolated, and most customers see payback in under a month. Learn more

Win deals in new markets

Expanding globally? Regional data residency requirements can make or break enterprise deals. Adding a new region keeps you compliant, reduces latency, and helps you close deals you'd otherwise lose. Learn more
