Introducing additional connection types

Managing authentication just got easier. We've enhanced our connections to give you better control over authentication across your integrations.

Here are the changes:

  • (Improved) Org-activated customer connections – Now support OAuth Client Credentials, allowing your team to connect on behalf of your customers more efficiently.
  • (New) Org-activated global connections – Enable your organization to set up a single live connection that's invisible to your customers but works across multiple instances, streamlining deployment.
  • (New) Customer-activated connections – Centralize how your customers manage their connections, letting you configure them once and then reuse them across various integrations with ease.

These updates ensure a smoother authentication process for your customers and simplify connection management across your integrations.

Custom integrations made simple

When a pre-built connector isn't available or doesn't provide exactly the functionality a customer requires, our custom component SDK comes into play.

Here's when to use it:

  1. Custom integrations for your product
  2. Niche systems your customers rely on
  3. Tweak existing connectors to fit your UX

Now you're in control, and your team can deliver faster, tailored solutions to your customers.
