This month, we've introduced some exciting updates to enhance your integration experience:
Improved trigger selection: Builders have an enhanced interface for selecting triggers when initiating a new integration, adding a flow, or modifying an existing trigger. We've provided additional context for each trigger type to help users understand and choose the most appropriate option.
Customizable embedded terminology: Organizations can customize the terminology used for "integration" and "marketplace" within their organization settings. The provided terminology will be used throughout the embedded marketplace and embedded designer.
Require components in the embedded designer: Organizations can require embedded designer users to include specific components when building and deploying integrations.

Best practices for optimizing your alerts with enhanced UI and filtering options
We covered alerting and monitoring fundamentals and best practices a few months ago and encouraged using alert monitors while managing your deployed integrations. This month, we're excited to announce UI improvements that allow you to search and filter your alert monitors from the Prismatic dashboard.
These UI enhancements allow integration admins and support staff to quickly sort monitors by Instance, Alert trigger, and Status. These improvements aim to increase the adoption and usability of alert monitors and give your team better visibility into the health and stability of your integrations.
To get started with alert monitoring, check out our docs and how-to video.

How to Read a SOC2 Report
SOC2 reports, defined by the AICPA over a decade ago, are now crucial for SaaS companies. However, these reports can vary significantly between vendors, making it hard to identify if something important is missing or insufficiently detailed.
How can you tell when omitting data is acceptable versus a critical issue? Why do auditors sometimes sample instead of reviewing the entire system? Why might one vendor emphasize the Privacy Trust Criterion while another doesn't? Are all deviations and exceptions problematic?
For answers to these questions and more, check out our blog post on reading SOC2 reports.
