Use case 1: ERP for agricultural retailers challenge
Challenge – Multi-tenant, bidirectional sync with a partner ERP. Complex transformations, mappings, and real-time data flows in clients' first Prismatic project.
Solution – QCI orchestrated multiple Prismatic flows: one with periodic API polling to pull and sync incoming ERP data, and another leveraging webhooks to push real-time updates to the partner system.
Results – Seamless, always-aligned data across platforms empowered end users to work flexibly in either system, eliminating silos and enabling efficient operations without manual intervention.
Use case 2: SaaS solution for jobsite data capture and collaboration
Challenge – Contractors doing work in the field need to be able to communicate with - and easily invoice - end customers regardless of each parties back-office software.
Solution – Through the use of multiple flows and connectors, field tickets, notes, and billing information is seamlessly routed to the right place, regardless of CRM, ERP, or accounting system.
Results – More time for actual work and less on busy work. Staff in the field can get real-time updates, and invoicing is accurate and instant, unlocking valuable efficiency gains.
Use case 3: Large-scale clinical trial coordination
Challenge – RTSM is different in a post-Covid world; handling patient enrollment, supply logistics and trial operations requires a tremendous level of coordination between companies and across platforms, leaving no margin for errors. This work involves complex routing rules along with extensive data filtering, formatting and deserialization
Solution – Utilize multiple flows and a generic instance router that utilizes a graphQL query to determine routing rules. Individual flows handle the auth and token generation to allow for maximum reuse and flexibility while allowing integration with multiple AzDO and AzDF instances.
Results – We were able to move a costly and complex chunk of code from the C# API backend into Prismatic, speeding up development while allowing the C# product team to spend more time on features. Data is transformed and routed in the desired format, ensuring that all involved parties receive critical data regarding patients, drug shipments, and inventory adjustments, regardless of disparate requirements.
