We set out more than six years ago to change the way SaaS companies provide integrations for their customers. In that time, we've made amazing progress and have been very fortunate to work with many great customers who are doing incredible things.
Today, Prismatic is a leading embedded iPaaS, offering software teams the best way to provide a great integration experience for their customers. From a simple vision, the platform has grown into the most flexible, dev-friendly, and complete solution on the market.
We have yet another tool in AI that enables our customers to accomplish these goals, and we're excited to share what that means for our platform. It's our natural next step as we continue to lead in embedded iPaaS.
Where is Prismatic going with AI?
To start, there are two places we've invested that have a huge amount of promise:
- Making it even easier to build the integrations your customers need
- Providing a best-in-class way to power your AI experiences with AI agents and leveraging LLMs
These are far-reaching and significant investments that will continue for an extended period, but we're excited that the first pieces will be in your hands in the very near future. In the short term, you'll be able to:
- Build integrations and components even faster – Since our platform leverages well-known languages and formats, our SDK and tools work very well with AI-enabled development environments like Cursor and Windsurf. This improves time to value and reduces opportunity costs.
- Call Prismatic integrations and flows to provide your AI agents with the data and tools they need – By using MCP (or direct calls) to tap into the full capabilities of Prismatic from within your app, you'll be able to build AI functionality faster than ever.
- Build agentic workflows faster, directly in Prismatic – Your team will use either the low-code integration designer or the code-native development to build powerful agents directly, leveraging everything in your integration (such as connections and flows). This brings all the flexibility and power of Prismatic to agentic workflows.
- Use off-the-shelf components to use LLMs directly in your integrations – We are rounding out our public component library to include connectors for all major models so you can work with them as easily as any other third-party component. This allows for flows where LLMs are part of your integration logic, powering previously impossible use cases.
An unchanging philosophy
We've always pushed beyond hype and surface-level solutions, focusing instead on providing real solutions to the real problems software companies face with integrations. In doing so, we've pushed the definition of the embedded iPaaS category time and time again.
As we take this next step, that philosophy isn't changing. We've spent countless hours with customers and companies in the software industry more broadly, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities AI presents related to integrations. And we're very excited about the direction that's helped us set.
Schedule a demo, and we'll show you how we solve real problems for real companies and how AI is helping us make that happen.
