Who We Are

Hi, we're Prismatic

We're a team of builders and problem solvers, working remotely across the U.S.

We believe better, easier integrations can help software companies make an even bigger impact on their end users.

Prismatic is growing fast and our product roadmap is full of big ideas. We want your help bringing them to life.

Our values

How we get things done

Our values are real and straight to the point. They're at the root of everything we do and define how we work together.

Give a shit

We bring passion and drive to our work. We believe what we're doing matters and we treat it that way. We care about our product, our customers, and each other.

Progress over perfection

We look for what could be better and do something about it. We value daily progress, moving fast, and iterating. We prefer a good solution now over a perfect one later.

Same team

We recognize that we succeed or fail as a group and help each other out. We don't tolerate assholes. We value everyone's contributions and celebrate wins.

Life at Prismatic

What we love about working here

Productive

We're big believers in hiring great people and creating an environment where they can do their best work. That means minimal meetings, good tools like MacBook Pros docked to big monitors, transparent communication, and more.

Inclusive

We respect all employees and their contributions to the company. We strive to create an environment that is welcoming, supportive, and inclusive for everyone. We are dedicated to upholding these principles as we grow.

Work from anywhere

Our team works remotely from across the US. We collaborate daily using tools like Slack and Zoom, and we all get together several times a year for events like our annual kickoff.

Interesting work

Rapidly advancing products mean interesting challenges. We run thousands of integrations a day that must be secure, isolated, and fast. Our low-code designer must be intuitive yet insanely flexible. Let's just say we're not bored.

Great tech stack

We built Prismatic with tools we love like React, GraphQL, and TypeScript, and develop in a cloud-native environment that runs atop things like Lambda, ECS, Redis, and PostgresQL. We routinely invest in our infrastructure and internal tooling to keep moving fast as we scale.

Comprehensive benefits

Our benefits package includes a competitive salary, health insurance, dental & vision insurance, company-paid life & disability insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and an unlimited PTO policy.
