New Hosting Regions in UK and Canada

Did you know? Many SaaS teams who support customers in multiple geographies have Prismatic tenants in multiple AWS hosting regions. This ensures your customers' data never leaves the country or area where it originated, and can aid in your efforts to comply with data protection laws such as GDPR.

We're excited to announce that we've added new hosting regions in the UK and Canada. Contact our customer success team if you'd like to learn about adding a tenant in UK, Canada, or another region.

SaaStock Dublin 2023

SaaStock Dublin is coming up October 16-18! We're a sponsor of this year's event, and we'll be at Booth G20 doing live demonstrations of the Prismatic platform and ready to talk all things integrations.

Customer-scoped custom components

Customer users can now build and deploy their own custom components, and can use those custom components in integrations they build in your embedded marketplace.

Custom Fonts

You can now use custom fonts in your embedded marketplace and designer, which allows you to match the fonts in your app. Prismatic currently supports any font available in the Google Fonts catalog.

New Connectors

Here are the latest connectors we've added:

• Google Cloud Pub/Sub – Subscribe to topics and configure push notifications for your various Google integrations.
• BigCommerce – Manage your products, brands, categories and more.
• Mixpanel – Manage your custom reports and measure user engagement with collected data.
• Google Docs – Manage and share documents from your Google cloud.
• Sage HR – Manage employees, teams, projects, and more in this human resources solution.
• Gong – Manage your calls, users, libraries, to best collect insights from customer interactions.
• Adobe I/O Events – Trigger integrations when changes occur to content and data on Adobe's Experience Platform or when predefined rules or thresholds have been met.
• Azure OpenAI Service – Interact with OpenAI models, including Chat GPT and DALL·E.
