Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: December 11, 2020

Our acceptable use policy sets per-instance usage limits and was designed to prevent misuse or unduly burdensome use of the platform. We expect that the vast majority of integration instances won't reach these limits. If you have a use case that needs higher limits, we'd love to hear from you. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Monthly Limits

All monthly limits are per instance, which is a deployment of an integration to a customer.

Free Plan

Compute Time - 1,000,000 seconds
Instance Executions - 250,000 executions
Bandwidth - 100 GB of data into Prismatic and 100 GB of data out of Prismatic

Professional Plan

Compute Time - 1,000,000 seconds
Instance Executions - 250,000 executions
Bandwidth - 100 GB of data into Prismatic and 100 GB of data out of Prismatic

Enterprise Plan

Limits on our Enterprise Plan vary based on agreement. Please contact us for more information.
