Curate Your Connector Allowlist

There are many reasons why you might want to limit which connectors and actions are available to your customers in the embedded workflow builder. For example, you might want to:

  1. Limit the set of connectors available within certain parts of your product to avoid overwhelming your customers with too many options.
  2. Remove connectors to your competitors' products.
  3. Offer access to certain connectors only to customers on specific plans.

In this video we show you how to curate your connector allowlist to control which connectors and actions are available to your customers in the embedded workflow builder two different ways:

  1. Using filters when you call prismatic.showWorkflows to launch the workflow builder.
  2. Defining a connector and action allowlist with a workflow context to control which connectors and actions are available to your customers in the embedded workflow builder.
