SurveyMonkey (2026-10-13)

Updated the New and Updated Records polling trigger:

  • Added opt-in batching to the New and Updated Records trigger, dispatching each changed record individually or in configured batches; enabling it changes the shape a downstream step receives
  • Added an optional Look-back Date input to the New and Updated Records trigger for performing an initial sync of records. The initial sync begins on the first recurrence and backfills every record modified on or after the specified date, seeding each once and ignoring the trigger's visibility filters; later recurrences are unaffected. Leave it empty to start from the first recurrence with no backfill

SurveyMonkey (2026-07-29)

Reorganized action inputs for a more consistent configuration experience:

  • Grouped the Page and Per Page inputs into a single Pagination structured object across the List Contacts, List Responses, List Responses Bulk, List Collectors, List Surveys, List Contact Lists, and List Webhooks actions
  • Grouped the Thank You Message, Close Date, Redirect URL, and Allow Multiple Responses inputs on the Create Collector and Update Collector actions into a single Collector Settings structured object
  • The Email, First Name, and Last Name inputs now appear as top-level inputs on the Update Contact action, matching the Create Contact layout

SurveyMonkey (2026-05-27)

Added the New and Updated Records polling trigger that monitors a survey for new and modified responses:

  • Newly created responses are routed to the created branch
  • Previously created responses modified since the last poll are routed to the updated branch
  • Requires the responses_read_detail scope, available on paid SurveyMonkey plans
