Connectors Changelog

Keep track of updates and enhancements to our connectors.

PostgreSQL (2026-09-03)

  • Added opt-in batching to the New and Updated Records trigger, dispatching each changed record individually or in configured batches so a large backlog drains within one recurrence; enabling it changes the shape a downstream step receives
  • Updated the New and Updated Records trigger to fetch at most one page of records per recurrence, so without batching a large backlog now drains across several scheduled recurrences instead of arriving in a single execution; a recurrence whose entire page shares a single Cursor Field value is exempt, because the position cannot resume inside such a group, and emits every remaining record instead
  • Fixed records being silently skipped when they were committed to the table while the trigger was still reading it; records are now returned ordered by the cursor field ascending
  • Added an optional Default Cursor Value input for performing an initial sync of records. The initial sync begins on the first recurrence and backfills every record past the specified value, seeding each once. Leave it empty to start from the first recurrence with no backfill
  • Added an optional Max Records Per Recurrence input for bounding how many records a single recurrence returns; leave it empty to use the default of 1,000.
  • Added an output schema to the Query action for improved field mapping during configuration

Shopify (2026-09-03)

  • Added opt-in batching across all polling triggers, dispatching each changed record individually or in configured batches so large backlogs drain in one recurrence; enabling it changes the shape a downstream step receives
  • Added an optional Look-back Date input for performing an initial sync of records across all polling triggers. The initial sync backfills every record modified on or after the specified date, seeding each once; later recurrences are unaffected. Leave it empty to start from the first recurrence with no backfill
  • Updated all polling triggers to deliver a large backlog across recurrences, continuing from where the previous recurrence left off rather than holding every changed record before any of it reaches a flow
  • Updated the default Shopify API version to 2026-07
  • Fixed the Secret Key input on the Event Topic Subscription trigger displaying the app's client secret in plain text; it is now masked, matching the other webhook triggers

Canny (2026-09-02)

Restructured action inputs into structured objects for an improved user experience.

  • List actions group their paging inputs into Pagination: offset-based on List Posts, List Categories, List Tags, and List Changelog Entries; cursor-based on List Comments, List Votes, List Users, List Companies, and List Status Changes. Fetch All stays a top-level toggle
  • List Posts groups its search, sort, and status filters into List Controls
  • Create Post, Update Post, Create Comment, Update Company, Create or Update User, and Create Changelog Entry group their less common optional inputs into Additional Fields
  • Added output schemas to every action except Raw Request, so a later step can reference response fields without running the action first
  • Added inline action calling support to 26 actions for improved example output during configuration
  • Added optional batching to the New and Updated Posts trigger; enabling it changes the shape a downstream step receives
  • Added a Look-back Date input to the New and Updated Posts trigger for performing an initial sync of records. The initial sync begins on the first recurrence, seeds each record once, and ignores the trigger's filters
  • Fixed Create Changelog Entry silently discarding every value supplied in Additional Fields; those values now reach Canny
  • Fixed the Webhook trigger rejecting every test invocation with a signature error; it now skips signature verification when the platform runs a test execution

HubSpot (2026-09-02)

Improved trigger inputs, connection options, action correctness, and developer experience:

  • Added Property Change Properties input to the Event Type Subscription trigger, enabling property change event types to include the required property names in each webhook subscription

Reconfiguration notice: The Event Type Subscription trigger now requires an entry in Property Change Properties for every property change event type selected. An existing configuration that selects one will fail the next time its webhook configuration is created, on a first deploy or a redeploy with Overwrite Webhook Settings enabled, until the property names are entered.

  • Fixed the Delete Line Item action sending a GET request instead of DELETE, so the line item was never deleted

  • Updated the Private App Access Token connection, now labeled Private App Access Token or Service Key, to accept a HubSpot account service key in the same field as a private app access token; service keys are HubSpot's recommended credential for new system-to-system integrations, and either credential works for every action

  • Updated the connection documentation to note that the webhook actions and the Event Type Subscription trigger require an OAuth 2.0 connection backed by a legacy public app, which HubSpot stopped allowing accounts to create on June 23, 2026; the Webhook trigger and both polling triggers are unaffected

  • Updated List Companies, List Contacts, List Deals, List Line Items, List Products, and Search Deals to group their cursor and page-size inputs into Pagination for an improved user experience, where Fetch All stays a top-level toggle

  • Updated Create Contact and Update Contact to group their email, phone, and website inputs into Contact Information

  • Added inline action calling support to 58 actions for improved example output during configuration

  • Added output schemas to 40 actions for improved field mapping during configuration

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (2026-09-02)

Updated action inputs to group related fields into structured objects:

  • Updated the list actions (List Items, List Vendors, List Purchase Orders, List Purchase Order Lines, List Purchase Invoices, List Purchase Receipts, List Purchase Receipt Lines, List General Ledger Entries, and List Item Ledger Entries) to group their OData query options into an OData Query Parameters object; Fetch All remains a top-level toggle
  • Updated Create Purchase Invoice and Update Purchase Invoice to group their buy-from address fields into a Buy From Address object
  • Updated Create Vendor, Update Vendor, and Update Company Information to group their address and contact fields into Address and Contact Information objects

Pretty Good Privacy (2026-09-02)

Fixed an issue that terminated the runner (EC:102) instead of failing the step when a malformed or unparseable PGP key was supplied to the Encrypt Message, Encrypt File, Decrypt Message, or Decrypt File actions; these now fail the step with a clear key-parsing error

Jira Service Management (2026-09-01)

Restructured action inputs into structured objects for an improved user experience.

  • Service desk list actions (List Requests, List Comments, List Approvals, List Transitions, List SLA Information, List Customers, List Organizations, List Organization Users, List Service Desk Organizations, List Queues, List Queue Issues, List Request Types, and List Service Desks) group their start-index and page-size inputs into Pagination
  • Operations and Assets actions (List Ops Alerts, List Ops Schedules, List Asset Schemas, and Search Asset Objects) group their offset and page-size inputs into Pagination; across both sets, Fetch All stays a top-level toggle
  • Create Integration Alert groups its optional responder, visibility, tagging, and alert-metadata inputs into Additional Fields, leaving Message, Alias, and Description as top-level inputs

Klaviyo (2026-09-01)

Restructured action inputs into structured objects for an improved user experience.

  • Updated Create Profile and Update Profile to group their contact-channel and name inputs into Contact Information, and their remaining optional profile details into Profile Details
  • Updated Create Campaign and Update Campaign to group their tracking, send, and delivery-strategy inputs into Campaign Configuration
  • Updated Create Event to group its optional event metadata and value inputs into Event Details

Microsoft Entra ID (2026-09-01)

Restructured action inputs into structured objects for an improved user experience.

  • Updated List Users, List Groups, List Group Members, and List Applications to group their OData system query options into OData Query Parameters; Fetch All stays a top-level toggle
  • Updated List Changes to group its OData system query and change-tracking options into OData Query Parameters
  • Updated Update User to group its user profile inputs into User Fields, and Upsert Group to group its group configuration inputs into Group Fields

Rippling (2026-09-01)

Grouped related optional inputs into structured objects for clearer configuration:

  • All list actions: grouped pagination inputs (Limit and Offset on V1 actions; Order By and Cursor on V2 actions; Next and Limit on Get Company Activity (V1)) into a Pagination object; Fetch All remains a top-level toggle
  • Post Ats Candidates Push Candidate (V1): grouped Name, Email, and Phone Number into a Name & Contact Information object; Salary Unit, Salary Per Unit, Signing Bonus, Equity Shares, and Currency into a Compensation object; and Job Title, Start Date, Department, Employment Type, and Attachments into an Additional Fields object
  • Get Leave Requests (V1): grouped Start Date, End Date, From, and To into a Date Range Filters object
  • Put Groups Group Id (V1) and Patch Groups Group Id (V1): grouped Name, Spoke ID, Users, and Version into an Additional Fields object
  • Update Custom Object (V2): grouped Name, Description, Category, Plural Label, and Owner Role into an Additional Fields object
