Connectors Changelog

Keep track of updates and enhancements to our connectors.

Dropbox (2026-09-18)

Added an initial sync and opt-in batching to the New and Updated Files trigger, added output schemas and inline action calling across the component, grouped related action inputs into structured objects, and fixed path handling on the lock actions:

  • Added an optional Look-back Date input to the New and Updated Files trigger for performing an initial sync of the folder's existing files. The initial sync begins when the instance is deployed, reporting each file modified on or after the specified date once; later recurrences are unaffected. Leave it empty to start from the first recurrence with no backfill. An optional Initial Sync Page Size input, presented while the instance deploys, sets how many existing entries each backfill request reads
  • Added opt-in batching to the New and Updated Files trigger, dispatching each changed file individually or in configured batches so a large backlog drains in one recurrence instead of one page per recurrence; enabling it changes the shape a downstream step receives
  • Updated the Search Files, List Folder, Search Folders, List Shared Folders, and List Team's Folders actions to group their paging controls into Pagination; Fetch All stays a top-level toggle
  • Updated Get Metadata for File or Folder to group its response-shaping inputs into Result Options, Create Shared Link to group its password, expiration, and access controls into Link Settings, and Share Folder to group its access and membership controls into Sharing Policies
  • Updated the Webhook trigger to match the Dropbox signature header regardless of the casing it arrives in, so verification no longer depends on how the header name is delivered
  • Fixed Get File Lock, Lock File, and Unlock File failing when Dynamic Paths was supplied on its own and File Path was left empty; the actions now accept either path input without the other
  • Fixed the List Shared Links description, which described listing folder contents rather than shared links
  • Added output schemas to 29 actions for improved field mapping during configuration
  • Added inline action calling support to 31 actions for improved example output during configuration

Sage Intacct (2026-09-18)

  • Added output schemas to 27 actions for improved field mapping during configuration
  • Added inline action calling support across all actions for improved example output during configuration
  • Added opt-in batching to the New and Updated Records trigger, dispatching each changed record individually or in configured batches so large backlogs drain in one recurrence; enabling it changes the shape a downstream step receives
  • Added an optional Look-back Date input for performing an initial sync of records. The initial sync backfills every record modified on or after the specified date, beginning on the first recurrence and seeding each record once; later recurrences are unaffected. Leave it empty to start from the first recurrence with no backfill

Freshservice (2026-09-17)

Added ITAM asset and device management, expanded the New and Updated Tickets trigger, and deprecated the classic asset actions:

  • Added ten actions for managing IT asset inventory: Create or Update Asset (ITAM), Get Asset (ITAM), List Assets (ITAM), Update Asset (ITAM), Delete Asset (ITAM), Create or Update Device (ITAM), Get Device (ITAM), List Devices (ITAM), Update Device (ITAM), and Delete Device (ITAM)
  • Added the Select Asset (ITAM) and Select Device (ITAM) inline data sources for selecting an asset or device from a dropdown
  • Updated the seven classic asset actions and the Select Asset data source to show (Deprecated) in their labels; they continue to work as before, and new flows should use the ITAM actions instead
  • Added opt-in batching to the New and Updated Tickets trigger, dispatching each changed ticket individually or in configured batches; enabling it changes the shape a downstream step receives
  • Added an optional Look-back Date input to the New and Updated Tickets trigger for performing an initial sync of tickets. The initial sync begins on the first recurrence and backfills every ticket updated on or after that date, seeding each once and applying the same record filters every later recurrence applies; leave it empty to sync the last seven days
  • Updated the New and Updated Tickets trigger to work through a large backlog one page at a time rather than loading every page in a single execution
  • Updated Create Asset (Deprecated) and Create Software to group their optional inputs into an Additional Fields object
  • Fixed the Select Software data source, whose dropdown was always empty regardless of how many applications the account had
  • Fixed Get Workspace, which answered a blank Workspace ID with an API not-found error instead of reporting the missing value; Workspace ID is now required
  • Added output schemas across all actions for improved field mapping during configuration
  • Added inline action calling support to 10 actions for improved example output during configuration

Google Drive (2026-09-17)

  • Added opt-in batching to the New and Updated Files and Drive Activity triggers, dispatching each changed record individually or in configured batches so large backlogs drain in one recurrence; enabling it changes the shape a downstream step receives
  • Added an optional Look-back Date input for performing an initial sync of records on the New and Updated Files and Drive Activity triggers. The initial sync begins when the instance is deployed and backfills every record modified on or after the specified date, seeding each once; the triggers' own filters continue to apply throughout. Leave it empty to start from the first recurrence with no backfill
  • Added output schemas to 16 actions for improved field mapping during configuration
  • Added inline action calling support to 22 actions for improved example output during configuration
  • Updated List Files, Search Files, List Folders, and Search Folders to group their page-size and page-token inputs into Pagination, and Search Files to group its query controls into Filters; Fetch All stays a top-level toggle
  • Updated Page Size so that leaving it empty uses the Google Drive default page size rather than 20, and a non-numeric value is rejected instead of being silently treated as 20
  • Updated the OAuth2 connection setup guidance to include the Drive Activity scope that the Drive Activity trigger requires
  • Fixed the New and Updated Files trigger dropping every change past the first page whenever more than one page had accumulated, and resetting to the present instead of resuming from where it left off
  • Fixed the Drive Activity trigger returning activity outside the configured Trigger Events, File ID, Folder or Drive ID, and Consolidation Strategy selections, and re-reporting activity it had already delivered on every recurrence
  • Fixed the Query Drive Activity action ignoring its File ID, Folder or Drive ID, Filter, Consolidation Strategy, and Page Token inputs on the first page of results, and failing outright with Fetch All enabled whenever a page carried no activity
  • Fixed Search Files, Search Folders, and List Folders failing or matching the wrong files when a Search, Parent Folder ID, or Folder ID value contained an apostrophe or a backslash
  • Fixed the List Files and List Folders dropdowns showing two identical, indistinguishable rows when two items shared a name
  • Fixed the List Files dropdown erroring when "My Drive" was selected
  • Fixed the Select Drive dropdown failing when a page of results contained no drives

Mixpanel (2026-09-17)

Restructured action inputs into structured objects for an improved user experience.

  • Track Events, Create Identity, and Create Alias group their request delivery controls into Delivery Options
  • Download Data groups its query controls into Filters
  • Query Funnel Saved Reports groups its breakdown controls into Segmentation
  • Query Profile groups its paging inputs into Pagination and its cohort and behavior inputs into Cohort & Behavior Filters
  • Added inline action calling support to 20 actions for improved example output during configuration
  • Added output schemas to 15 actions for improved field mapping during configuration

SendGrid (2026-09-17)

Restructured action inputs, improved the designer configuration experience, and expanded the polling trigger for large data syncs:

  • Get All Lists and Get All Field Definitions group their page size and page token inputs into Pagination; Fetch All stays a top-level toggle
  • Send Email and Send Multiple Emails group their disposition, file type, and content ID inputs into Attachment Details
  • Added an output schema to the Get List by ID action for improved field mapping during configuration
  • Added inline action calling support to 18 actions for improved example output during configuration
  • Added opt-in batching to the New and Updated Messages trigger, dispatching each changed record individually or in configured batches so a large result set is not held in a single execution; enabling it changes the shape a downstream step receives
  • Added an optional Look-back Date input for performing an initial sync of records on the New and Updated Messages trigger. The initial sync backfills every record modified on or after the specified date, beginning on the first recurrence and seeding each record once; later recurrences are unaffected. SendGrid retains email activity for 30 days, so the sync starts no earlier than that, which is also where it starts when the input is left empty
  • Added Account Status Change to the Events input on the Create Webhook and Update Webhook actions and the Managed Webhook Events trigger
  • Fixed the Managed Webhook Events trigger failing signature validation when testing a flow in the designer
  • Fixed the Managed Webhook Events trigger failing on every incoming event after an instance was redeployed, which persisted until the instance was recreated
  • Updated the Webhook trigger description to remove an inaccurate claim that it validates incoming requests; the trigger passes requests through without verifying them

ServiceNow (2026-09-17)

Expanded the New and Updated Records polling trigger and restructured action inputs into structured objects:

  • Updated list actions (List Attachments, List Configuration Items, List Incidents, List Tables, List Table Records, List Users, List Knowledge Articles, List Featured Knowledge Articles, List Most Viewed Knowledge Articles) to group their page size and offset inputs into Pagination; Fetch All stays a top-level toggle
  • Updated knowledge list actions (List Knowledge Articles, List Featured Knowledge Articles, List Most Viewed Knowledge Articles) to group their optional query controls into Filters
  • Updated Create User and Update User to group their name and email inputs into Name & Contact Information
  • Added inline action calling support to 34 actions for improved example output during configuration
  • Added opt-in batching to the New and Updated Records trigger, dispatching each changed record individually or in configured batches so large backlogs drain in one recurrence; enabling it changes the shape a downstream step receives
  • Added an optional Look-back Date input for performing an initial sync of records. The initial sync backfills every record modified on or after the specified date, seeding each once and ignoring the trigger's visibility filters; later recurrences are unaffected. Leave it empty to start from the first recurrence with no backfill

Calendly (2026-09-15)

Updated the component with expanded connection defaults and improved configuration and polling capabilities:

  • Updated the OAuth 2.0 connection to default to the full set of permission scopes required by this component's actions, triggers, and datasources
  • Added inline action calling support across all actions for improved example output during configuration
  • Added output schemas across all actions for improved field mapping during configuration
  • Added opt-in batching to the New and Updated Events trigger, dispatching each changed record individually or in configured batches so large backlogs drain in one recurrence; enabling it changes the shape a downstream step receives
  • Added an optional Look-Back Date input to the New and Updated Events trigger for performing an initial sync of records. The initial sync backfills every record modified on or after the specified date, beginning on the first recurrence and seeding each record once; later recurrences are unaffected. Leave it empty to start from the first recurrence with no backfill

ServiceTitan (2026-09-15)

  • Fixed optional JSON inputs, including Address, Contacts, Custom Fields, External Data, Location, Attachments, Items, Payments, and Job Generated Lead Source, which pre-filled a placeholder template and then submitted it as real data when the field was left untouched, so renaming a customer could replace their stored address with the template; the templates are now shown as examples only
  • Fixed the New and Updated Records trigger dropping records that shared a timestamp with a record it had already delivered, and advancing its cursor past records it never returned; the cursor now advances only to the newest record actually delivered, and holds when a recurrence returns nothing
  • Added an optional Look-back Date input for performing an initial sync on the New and Updated Records trigger. The initial sync begins on the first recurrence and backfills every record created or modified on or after the specified date, seeding each once and ignoring the trigger's visibility filters; later recurrences are unaffected. Leave it empty to start from the first recurrence with no backfill
  • Added opt-in batching to the New and Updated Records trigger, dispatching each changed record individually or in configured batches so large backlogs drain in one recurrence; enabling it changes the shape a downstream step receives
  • Updated Reason ID and Invoice ID to send whole numbers rather than text on the job and invoice actions, matching the integer types the ServiceTitan API declares for those fields
  • Added output schemas to 47 actions for improved field mapping during configuration
  • Added inline action calling support to 56 actions for improved example output during configuration
  • Updated the Application Key connection field and the technician Password input to masked password inputs, since their values are secrets
  • Updated outbound requests to send a valid Accept header and to report an unauthorized connection as a connection error
  • Updated labels for accuracy: the appointment assignment actions now read Assign Technicians to Appointment, Unassign Technicians from Appointment, and List Appointment Assignments, the invoice item identifier reads Invoice Item ID rather than ID, and the booking provider identifier reads Booking Provider ID rather than Booking Provider
  • Fixed the Raw Request action description, which named an unrelated product instead of ServiceTitan

Box (2026-09-14)

Removed the List Folder (Deprecated) action that is no longer in use; use List Folder instead
